Falmouth Public Schools partners with the Outdoor Learning Committee to design and maintain outdoor learning spaces and activities for students and educators. Each school campus is equipped with WeatherPort tents and seating for students. Together with the Outdoor Learning Committee, Falmouth Public Schools designs these spaces to create meaningful learning environments. Professional development opportunities are offered to all faculty across the district to ensure that they are equipped and trained to use these spaces. Falmouth Public Schools works with the Outdoor Learning Committee to establish nature trails at all of our schools. Students are helping to determine what content to capture and share on these trails, and scanning posted QR codes will link visitors with our students’ ideas.
