Falmouth Public Schools and the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe continue to explore new ways to genuinely connect students with the Wampanoag community, language, culture, and traditions. Wampanoag tribal educators and their guests demonstrate powwow celebrations while educating all Falmouth students about the history of their people as a part of our Indigenous People’s Day recognitions. Falmouth Public Schools also partners with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe to facilitate our elementary after school program where students explore art, music, history, and cultural identity.
