Dear Staff and Families,
Throughout the 2023-24 school year, FPS has partnered with the Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium (MAEC) to conduct an equity audit. MAEC gathered information from our schools, teachers, students, and families in the areas of academic environment, inclusive representation, family engagement, work environment and leadership, and safety and discipline. We are ready to share the results with our school community.
MAEC will provide two opportunities for you hear about the bright spots and the areas of improvement:
- May 28 - School Committee Meeting. You may tune in at 6:30 through zoom at https://falmouth-k12-ma-us.zoom.us/j/87363447403 or on FCTV Channel 8 to hear a summary of the results.
- June 10 - School Community Forum. You may join us in person at the FHS Library from 6:00-7:30 for a more in-depth presentation of the data and follow-up discussion to inform future action steps.
