Falmouth Public Schools knows that the most valuable resources in our district are the teachers who work with our students each and every day. Teachers new to the profession and those new to the district need an additional level of support to ensure a smooth transition and successful experience. The Mentoring and Induction Program is designed to provide teachers new to the district with valuable resources, both professional and personal, to help them adjust to this new work environment. As we continue to develop and enhance a culture of continuous professional growth for all educators, the Mentoring and Induction Program will support the continued development of our newest employees.
